Disclaimer: As an e-shop owner our Terms and Conditions on this website.  We appreciate your business, and are sure that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase.  Our return policy is that you have seven days to return for a full refund of your purchase.  Postage is your responsibility once you decide to return any item.  Please note that all items are ART which each item is as sewn, threaded, beaded, or wood carved by each Artist to their artistic perfection!  Once returned and reviewed by us given that it was delivered in excellent condition, and returned in the same excellent condition you will then receive a full credit refund. It may take up to 30 days for your refund depending on the choice by which you paid.   Please be sure to contact us prior to purchase for any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, and we will take the time to fully explain, and answer your questions in order to make sure that you are satisfied with the expectations of your purchase.
